Well isn't it funny when you are anticipating something happening it does. I anticipated today not being a great day at all. The biggest reason is that the staff that I am going to have trouble with is returning to work today. He was suspended with pay for reasons out of my control and now it appears that we have no idea when he would be able to return to work so he is coming in to do administrative stuff. I anticipate that he will be extremely defensive and arrogant so I am not looking forward to him being here. Anyways, I got up early and got ready for work, didn't even wear power clothes because I want things to go smoothly rather than having a confrontation. I get all ready, and I'm in my car by 7:19am on my way to work. I get to my parking space and my car isn't stoppoing when I am hitting the brake. The post to plug in my car does dtop me though. Then I realize that somehow my foot slipped off the brake or never was on the brake and instead was on the gas. So now my car's front, passenger panel, light and the bumper will need to be replaced. How nice, what a Christmas present to myself!! Lets just do a run down of the times my car has been to the body shop. First because my brother Cory backed into a post, then because I hit two deer, then I rear-ended a lady, but before I got that fixed I hit another two deer, so that was one trip to the body shop. Then I hit a parked car and now I hit a post!! Well isn't that grande!! I think that the saying "the crisis of today is the joke of tomorrow!" applies. I am reading this and can't help but laugh. Thankfully my car is mechanically perfect, it's just the body is a little beat up. So maybe today's troubles are out of the way and now I will have a good rest of the day, lets hope!
